Responsibilities:
- Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
- Monitor, listen and respond to users while cultivating leads and sales.
- Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
- Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.
- Implement and measure social marketing campaigns on a daily basis across all relevant channels.
- Develop tactics, plans, partnerships, and tools that help achieve our business goals.
- Launch, grow and manage channels where relevant ensuring milestones are set and met.
- Execute social media publishing strategies ensuring that all posts are accurate and on brand.
- Manage daily social communication and social listening including sourcing content from existing users
- Work on strategic partnerships opportunities with social platform partners to deliver the business goals.
- Report on campaigns and augment based on analysis to ensure the most effective approach.
- Run paid media in partner platforms and directly in social platforms.
- Responsible for QA’ing campaign setup and trafficking.
In this role, you'll need:
- Bachelors Degree and 3+ years of consumer marketing experience – including at least 2-3 years of hands-on paid social experience.
- Passion, energy, and enthusiasm for social media. Detailed knowledge and expertise around all social platforms.
- Experienced in developing social marketing strategies that are native to individual channels and demonstrate tangible ROI across large scale paid social campaigns across Facebook/Instragram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat and emerging platforms – both tactically and strategically.
- Ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
- Analytical ability to collect, analyze, and use social data to drive recommendations and optimizations to enhance social media performance.
- An understanding of the digital consumer environment inclusive of paid, owned and earned social strategies, and how they work together. Additionally, a strong grasp of media planning, optimization, and performance analysis.
